If you would like to play in the Scottish Open it is very important to pre-register as soon as possible.
Please contact the Tournament Director, providing the following details via email, post or phone . Alternatively, you may register and pay at the event (before 0900 on Saturday):

• BDGA membership number (does not apply to non-members)
• Touring Member or Recreational Member?
• PDGA membership number (does not apply to non-members)
• Full name
• Nationality
• Division (Open/Advanced Am/Intermediate Am)
• Classification (Junior, Junior Junior, Women, Master, Grand Master) For data purposes only, these are not divisions.
If your circumstances change and you cannot come (even at the last minute) please be responsible and call immediately so amendments can be made.
